So I sold my 2dr and bought a new JKU. And as hard as it is to start over with a build I was able to transfer a few things to the new jeep. Today I finally chopped the fenders to give the jeep a little more uptravel and gain back some travel with the suspension.

Very curious! Is that the stock bumper chopped? Or which bumper is that because I love that set up and the fenders make the jeep look mean! Congrats on the jeep!

that looks like the factory bumper with the plastic outer portion removed

I don't believe so because it always has the fog light inserts out of the middle!

Looks like a rough country hybrid with the factory tow hooks.

that's what is, I thought the end caps were structural but in looking on the RC site they can be left off.

It's actually a genright winch plate with factory tow hooks. Kind of my own hybrid idea.

Thanks. I think the winch plate was $125 and it came with shackle mounts, which I didn't want. So I sold those for like $75.
