Took the Jeep for service and they put a PCM and TCM update, will I need to reprogram gears and tire size with the procal when I pick it up tomorrow?

If you've got different gears in it you will, otherwise it will go into limp mode.

not if it was already done prior. service reflash updates should not affect your prior gear or tire size procal flash. I have had updates done and never affected my procal flashes.
