Is it ok to install bearings if my ball joints are bad like will ot destroy my bearings quick

No doing your unit bearings with bad ball joint will not wear them faster. But as stated above do them at the same time as it will save you money down the road

Ok cool Thanks.i wana do it at same time but dont have the tool to press ball joints .i got senergy ones,wish they just bolt on

I have seen videos of people using sockets to press them in. Also you can rent one from a local auto parts store

autozone and orielly will lend you the ball joint press, call ahead and ask.
they don't have the angled adapter for the wrangler joints but I'd call both and ask just in case they've updated their kits.
get some anti-seize to put on the press threads, makes it a little easier and helps the press threads.
