EVO D rear D Ring Mounts, flag nut.

I acquired a set of rear EVO rear D Ring Mounts from a friend, but they didn't have the flag nuts for the front bolts. Does anyone know if these available at hardware stores or should I contact evomfg to see if I can purchase them from there?

Or is there a way to install these with plain bolts. I am installing a rear fascia with this as well if that's relevant.
