Help with my driveshaft install

I installed my Adams 1350 drive shaft today and it's binding. I downloaded and follow the instructions so I can't figure out what is going on. When rolling the jeep back and forth the transfercase lever start moving and you can hear clicking. Here are some pictures if you guys see anything the help me get this fix.

Another note while I was tightening the shaft to the flange on the tcase side I would but the transfer case in neutral and spin the shaft and to access the bolt and put tcase back in gear. I did this repeatedly a few times to make sure all the bolts were tighten

Are you sure the t case is in gear?

Yes I shifted from 2hi 4hi and 4lo and let the jeep lidle down and up the driveway

I had something similar happen. I found the TC cable bracket was hitting the DC. Clearenced the bracket and was gtg.

What process did you use on the pinion side? You replaced the yoke there correct?

I did see that somewhere and when I tried looking for it again I couldn't find and it's probably because I kept searching Adams drive shaft issues. But anyways, you guys are awesome on finding the fix so quickly.
