Searching for flush mount brake/backup lights that do NOT require new armor or skins; just use the existing mounting with little modifications.

These are probably as close as you'll get to a flush mount light without skins. I've considered getting these myself.

I ran the rockridge4x4 round light conversion, but they do require you to do some trimming which can make corner installs a royal pain if you want to switch. I did like them but I didnt like how they pointed out. Cant really beat the evo corner skins for the price since they are 280 ish and the rockridge kit was 180.

I run the rockridge 4wd ones and they have worked flawlessly. Just make sure you add the load resistors to the kit

I mounted my Back up light on the Receiver ...

Yep, the EVO skins require you to do this in order to accept the new taillights. Backup lights are the two eagle eyes on the pinch seam at the bottom. Those are on both sides
