I have used it for about 18 months and bought it used. It can accommodate up to a 37" tire and 200 pounds. I used it with my 35" Duratracs/factory wheels. The third brake light adapter/bracket is included to raise it up however a couple pieces of it have become loose possibly broken prior to when I bought it but a couple black zip ties can fix it most likely. I just was too lazy. It uses factory hardware to mount. From other vendors it appears it should have come with 2 vertical supports however I never had them. Not sure if it is the same model that I have seen with them. Super easy to install since it is already assembled. Upgraded to PSC Tire Carrier so no longer needed.
