Removal of body lift

I am planning on removing body lift this weekend . I have bought the 3" evo enforcer lift so to start I want to remove the body lift that was previously put on the jeep. I have read to do one side at a time . Is this the proper way to remove this body lift?

You do have the stock body isolators to put in the place of the body lift right?

No I bought the jeep from a dealership and both body lift and half ass lift were already on it . So I need to buy the body isolators?
