Add seat rails to allow for height adjustment?

Hi folks--first post... I just bought a 2009 Wrangler X a month ago and it has vinyl (pleather) seats. While the seats are fine for me, the seat rails only offer adjustments of recline and front-to-back. Is there a way to add the height adjustable portion that I've seen in some other Jeeps? Would my best bet be a junkyard?

I have seen people custom fab a 1-2 inch bracket to the floor then add the rails on top.
Or i imagine you could use the seat and the rails from a Cherokee
