Synthetic winch line vs cable

I am looking at replacing my 100 ft of 3/8 rusted cable on my winch. looking I'm wondering what diameter people are using and how long of a rope you can fit on your spool.

I run synthetic. It's whatever came with the Zeon. I think it's 100 ft and 3/8" diameter. I've used it a couple of times with no issues. I like that it's lighter and safer if it breaks.

No experience with it, but I saw the other day that Quadratec was selling their own branded Dyneema winch line (3/8, 90 ft.) for pretty cheap, $220.

Not too shabby, and I would trust that its a quality rope over some other off brand ropes.

I am using the Warn Spydura line on mine, no issues or complaints.
