During the remote start up, I can hear a faint exhaust manifold leak, and then very little at iddle, coming form the driver's side exhaust manifold. I am planning to replace it (seems like a common issue on JK's). I am wondering if anyone has tried the Thermosteel trick (see link here) and if it has worked if the crack is minor? I know it is a band aid, but seems may actually work? Anyone has tried this yet?

As far as replacement, for those that had the issue what did you go with? Seems like the factory stuff is not the best bet?
My buddy just replaced through the dealer his second manifold (first one was replaced with about 10K or so miles.
