So my girlfriend thought it would be cute if there was a Jeep JJ.... So she googled it and this is what she found

1998-jeep-JJ.jpg

It was developed in 1998 as a 3rd world country's vehicle, and north American "beginners jeep" long story short the only reason it never made production was it couldn't climb one steep part of the Rubicon trail without help.... So it never got deemed "trail rated" or "a real jeep" but it's not a bad lil thing if they ditch the square xj lights and put jk lights on it like in the sketch..... Allpar has it on their website for everything mopar

Reminds me of the 80s Daihatsu Rocky.

Don't know if anyone noticed, but that does not have the signature 7-slot grille. It appears to only have 5-slots.

It looks a lot like a newer SsangYong Korando which are made here in Korea.. The old Korandos are a straight CJ rip off.. Google it..
