I've got a 2011 jk rubicon and every now and then my power windows will stop working. I have to restart my engine and then they work fine again. Any thought? I'm not great with electrical [emoji16]

Sound like a TIPM or KAM issue. Make sure fuses are tight and no corrosion or waster intrusion at TIPM to start with.
