Tips on removing wheel spacer

Changing out my front rotors and the spacer is seized onto the old rotors.

Anybody have any tips on how to remove them without damaging the spacer?

Pb blaster or wd40.

Lube as stated, let soak in a while.
Loosen all nuts going from spacer to hub.
Put wheel back on and tighten lug nuts some.
Slowly let jack down. Should pop em right loose.

Thanks!

I ended up just taking the caliper of and shimmying the rotor back and forth and that did the trick.
