Replacing my transmission cross member with the EVO long arm kit installed

I bent my stock cross member and I will be replacing it tomorrow morning. Will the install be changed at all by having the EVO long arm kit installed?

just the 2 extra bolts in the front long arm mounts... might have to drill holes in the new cross member?
