Patriot Tires on a JK

Hey everyone just thought I'd start a tire review on a tire that is purpose built for heavy pickups. I bought a set of Patriot Torque MT tires from Diesel Sellerz out of Utah. The tires are 35s gears are 373s on a 13 model 2 door Sport. My madness behind it is that I wanted a tire that worked well on a daily driver but would still perform well on the trails. These tires are heavy weighing in at 76lbs each according to my scale and they measure 34.75" tall. I did as much research as I could on them before I bought and one thing I learned was the compound in the build of the tires is a little harder, of course that's not great for trails but keep in mind this is my daily driver. I've ran Nitto Terra Grapplers before and they were okay, I felt like the side walls were a little thin for trail use but okay for the road. The Patriots are pretty thick in the sides so I do have concerns about airing down as they will be stiffer than most other tires. I just had them mounted and won't give a report on wear until I put atleast 10k miles on them. So far they are quiet on the road and give a way more comfortable ride that the BFGs I replaced. I'm pretty excited about them and am very pleased with how they feel so far. I paid $300 each with free shipping so already I feel like I'm winning on price over most other brands.

Never known anyone to have them on a jeep curious to see how you like them!
I have a buddy who runs 37s on his ram 2500 and it puts down right at 1,000tq and about 450hp and he absolutely loves them even more than his trail grapplers or Toyos he's had
I would assume the compound is harder so they would be better for the diesels putting down a lot of torque to get them to last longer

Right on! They look awesome for sure. I'd be interested in running these next. Can't wait for an update [emoji481]
