08 Rubi check engine

Hey everyone, so this morning my 08 JKU woth 111k miles on it skipped a beat on two turn overs and then I reset my kill switch and it fired up but now I have a check engine light. The motor sounds good, looks good and runs good. I don't smell any oil or electrical burn and like I said, after firing up it ran good.
