2010 jku making noise

I have an 2010 jku (6 speed manual)with 3.5 rk long arm lift on 33's. Eaton lockers front and rear. 4.88 gears. Everytime I'm coming to an stop , I have this loud thump. I have checked and torqed every bolt. Does anybody have an idea or something I might need to check. Thanks!

Could be driveshaft slip yoke. Does it also do it when shifting from reverse into 1st or vice versa?
