2016 Nav stereo shutting down

Are others having issues with the factory nav stereo shutting down and rebooting? This has happened a few times in my 2016 JK. It used to happen constantly with my older 08 JK too and since it wouldn't happen at the dealer I was told there was nothing wrong. Is there a fix for this??? I just find it frustrating that can't seem to get it right after all these years. Thanks in advance.

That does not sound right.. I have a 2015 and have never had that happen. I would escalate that to the service manager.

Same here, zero issues on my 430n

2016 with 430n and haven't had that happen... Yet...
