Waterproof spray for seat covers

I have the Bartact seat covers and love them but they are not very waterproof. I've been checking out some different waterproof sprays like the Kiwi Camp Dry and Scotchgard. Has anyone tried any water proofing sprays on their seats?

They should be. I have the same thing but haven't tried pouring water on them. How wet are the seats getting?

The only time mine have held water was when I got caught topless/doorless in a downpour.

It got rained in a couple days ago and it took a few hours for them to dry. It did not appear to have made it through to the seats just made for an uncomfortable ride home... I was hoping with a waterproofing spray it would reduce the amount of water absorbed by the covers and reduce the drying time. I live in Savannah and we get pop up showers all the time with little warning so it's going to happen again.

My seats have been soaked so many times I stopped caring. Im looking to replace them down the line.

That's why you gotta stick with the tried and true soft top! Nothing can be done about the door less issue though.

Well, I have the Trektop NX. However, being in a two door, it sucks to carry the top and windows with me.

Has anyone ever tried camp dry spray that you use on tents ?

303 fabric protector is the best I have used. Completely waterproof and uv protection.

May give that a try. Wet seats suck
