Replacing fabric

Hi guys i wanted to know if anyone has replaced the fabric only on a 2 doors jeep jk ??
I have a damaged zipper pin and i have to repair it any ideas on the removal of the fabric only?? I've seen a couple of pdf's but they're not clear with instructions and i don't want to break anything plz let me know

If you're talking about the roll bar fabric then take a look at RDE2ROK's build thread. He just did it
