Drag link ball joints

I noticed grease seeping out the ball joint at the pitman arms end can I just replace the ball joint or end link or do I have to replace the whole drag link...? Thanks in advance

You can just replace that end. I just swapped one out on my 16 jku. Here's the crown part number for the one I picked up. 52060049AE
