Synergy tie rod install questions

I just installed a synergy tie rod to replace the bent factory one. I followed the directions completely. Is it supposed to move? And I couldn't install stabilizer because I didn't realize I needed to slide stock bracket on until after rod was installed. New bracket will here tomorrow. My question is that an error light was coming on, the car skidding, on my dash. Could that be because stabilizer isn't on? Also when setting toe 1/8" is total for both sides right? The stabilizer wouldn't have anything to do with a light on your dash. Is your steering wheel straight or is it crocked? If it's crocked you need to recenter the steering wheel. It being off will cause the traction control light to come on.

Yup center your steering wheel.
