Hi Guys, I want to share my custom headliners to prevent heat and deaden rain and other stuff hitting the roof. while looking really good.

cost about $200. less than the hothead headliners.

though wind sound still annoying at times when hitting 120kph++.

Materials:
Leatherette
Insulation/Sound Deadening
Adhesive

basically its leatherette and most importantly your preferred heat insulation/sound deadening material inside. I used a generic one, it was green color. but damn it was effective.

so first they applied the insulation/deadening material on the hard top. added a safe, no smell adhesive. I made them doubled the material on the 2 front panels.

added adhesive to the leatherette to make it stick to the insulation, then they hand stitched it to make it look good.

Very cool, I have never saw anything like that before. Looks much better than the headliner panels that many places sell which never look finished.

I like it! Looks great I had the hot head liners in my old jeep really liked them but yours looks even better! I'm planning on making some like the hot heads eventually.
