What happens if I dont regear my sport with 3.21 to something higher.

I am running 35x12.50 nitto trails.

I like to know the cons. maybe long term or short term.

There aren't any really bad side effects besides the fact that your jeep is really sluggish and you can't really use 6th gear if you have a manual, I'm running 3.21 gears with 35" Toyos and I can't wait to regear.

I have been running 35s and 3.21 for about 7 months now and it's bearable. Around town is not too bad but my biggest problem is highway driving and hills. The jeep will be a slug but as far as cons it's just annoying sometimes.

I run mine with overdrive off most of the time unless I'm on a downhill stretch. I have 3.73 gears and the powerhouse 3.8 liter.. Keeping overdrive off keeps it from hunting gears and overheating transmission.
