Synergy rear upper shock brackets with stock exhaust, will it work?

So, after installing the Evo Rockstars on my 2013 JKUR, my shocks are hitting. I want to install the Synergy rear shock brackets but I still have the stock exhaust and the exhaust I want is on back order(Dynomax quiet crawler) so I need to know if anyone else are running this set up with stock exhaust. Thanks.
Rock Krawler 3.5 xfactor, Fox non adjustable long travel resi shocks.

I haven't installed these but i did look into getting them and based on the instructions i think your shocks would rub the exhaust
