Should I buy backup set of stock fenders?

I hit something on the highway a while back and it tore my rear fender pretty well. About 4" crack. I'm planning on trimming the fenders but about 1.5" will still be there.

My wife likes the look of the paint matched fenders so that's the route we want to go.

There's a set of paint matched fenders on CL right now for $150. Wondering if it's worth it to replace the cracked one, which I'd keep, and then I'd have a spare of each if I were to rip one off on the trail.

Thoughts?

If you can get them cheap enough having a spare set could be handy.

Personally, I'd pay $120 for a full set of Granite Crystal painted fenders.

My fenders are almost perfect, and I bought a extra set when I could, paid $100 w/liners extra parts always come in handy....cause,you know...trees,rocks,zombies

I see fenders of all colors some almost brand new for 100% free on FB groups all day long. I couldn't even give my Sahara fenders away when I swapped them out and they were MINT. They went out with the trash.
