Yep pretty much.
What I bet happens is they take the money from this sale of the brands and use that capitol to keep cranking out 4WP locations around US and Canada.
Those brands will be Polaris' but they will have the built in sales force ready to go at the 4WP locations around the country.
I didn't see Poison Spyder mentioned in here, but I am ASSuming they are part of this deal too.
Kind of crazy.

Yea I was surprised to see my brawler lite that I had got with just a shipping sticker on it, now ships in a cardboard box for its voyage to the USA.

There has to be more to this. I bet it has to do with import taxes and shot with TAP. Seems like a big purchase for Polaris. Although they have been hitting the market harder than others in the last 5 years.

I just read that they may have also acquired the physical stores too and warehouse locations....
That you should down my hypothesis of them (4WP) trying to get a bigger physical location.
