Hey everyone, I just got word from Dynatrac that they'll be unveiling more new product at the 2016 SEMA Show than ever before! I'm also told that they'll be launching several value packages that'll blow your minds! Below is a teaser list of things we can hope to see:

• New Dynatrac Axle Sets designed to fit customer needs at more affordable prices than ever
• An all-new axle housing that fills the need between a ProRock XD60™ semi-float rear and the ProRock 80™
• Missing links to build a truly ultimate ProRock XD60 front axle
• New steering components that address the real weak-link in the JK linkage

Anyone want to take some guesses as to what all that really means?

Be sure to follow Cindy and I next week as we cover SEMA 2016 LIVE and see for yourself

Lower cost 44s? Maybe some power steering competition. Full float options. Wow, so many products.

Looking forward to the official reveal.

Maybe I should have waited on my custom steering for my axle swap. Oh well. I think they already gave us a hint that they may be coming out with a LP Rear 60 axle.

I've been calling Steve at least once every two weeks trying to figure out what the next steps for our rig will be. I was happy with the idea of an XD60 rear HP ff, but now I think my indecision and procrastination might be paying off! Can't wait to see what they offer!

I just sent them an email about prices for new front and rear axles. Anxious to see what they come up with as I'll be ready to pull the trigger in January. REALLY anxious to see!:pop2:

That's why I said it would be disappointing. I would hope they will put out their own steering that is as good as their axles was my thought

Being that they are a MANUFACTURER, it'd be silly for them not to :yup:

I don't know what it means, but I know what I hope it means: the upgraded front axle components from the 2017 Rubicon Recon (replaces Hard Rock) will be made available for non-Recons, and the better JL axle assemblies will be offered in JK variants.

I'd love to see a steering setup. Rival to PSC or even just their own drag link flip setup. If it's the latter, I'll buy it the day it goes up for sale. Or even the day before if possible!

On Ace Engineering's Instagram they were at Chrysler HQ teasing all kinds of stuff about the JL a week or two ago. My guess is the aftermarket gets early access so they can get a head start on design. I seem to remember it with the latest gen 'stang & rousch or someone of that caliber.

Not really, I've worked for more than one jeep company that worked direct with Mopar. They can't say shit and won't.

That just shows the quality of engineering some of the aftermarket companies have. To put out awesome stuff with no advanced notice and a very short turnaround is no easy thing. Of course, that also opens the door for crappy stuff to get turned out quickly too. That's (one reason) why I love this forum - solid advice and recommendations on worthwhile mods.

I think there is going to be some new full float options at very affordable prices coming out. I ordered an axle shaft off of them a few weeks ago and one of the guys mentioned they were going to have some full float options soon that would be
very competitive. I'm paraphrasing that last sentence but it makes sense now after thinking about it and reading through this thread again.
