Common Breaks and Trail Fixes

We all hope to run a trail without any breaks but if you go at it long enough luck always seems to run out. In an effort to prepare for the inevitable I thought it would be interesting to hear from those with more experience what common breaks/trail fixes they have seen out there. What would you bring with you next time based on these experiences. Ready, Go.....
