Leak

Discovered a leak on my Jeep earlier this week, not quite sure what it is that is leaking. Does not appear to be Oil or Coolant. It is kind of a red substance.

From the looks of it, it's most likely ATF. From it's location, you most likely have a steering box leak.

I'd agree it looks like ATF fluid. Better get that looked at.

It's not uncommon to have a blown sector shaft seal after wheeling hard. It's not critical to fix but, the drips are annoying. If you're still under warranty and not running really big tires, you might be able to get it covered. At least, I was able to get my first one covered way back in the day.
