Fishing Rod Holder JKU

Hello everyone,

I know that this topic has been covered many times, but I can't seem to find a good interior solution for traveling with my fishing rods. I see that many of you run them on the outside of your jeeps with various different holders, but I'd like to have them inside at all times. I was thinking of somehow mounting them along the roof of my hard top... I've currently got them strapped into the trunk cross bar and sound bar with bungee cords, but it's not very sturdy and they could shake loose.

Does anyone have a good method for mounting rods inside? by the way, my rods are all 7 ft and one-piece

One piece? You fishing with bamboo?

I carry mine in a rod tube but they are all three and four piece so it's a non issue.
