What height to run rear track bar?

I had the fab shop replace the B.S. bolt on Rockcrawler rear trac bar bracket with a weld on Artec one. http://www.artecindustries.com/JK-Rear-Tracbar-Bracket_p_348.html

Now I have 4 different height options for the rear trac bar. Can anyone explain what I'm looking for as to the angle of the trac bar? I don't quite understand "roll center" and what lowering or raising the end of the bar will do for me.

I have no idea what the factory height was- we chopped off the factory bracket.

If I remember right the top hole on that bracket is 3.5 inches higher than stock.
So you could measure from the top hole to match your lift.
The bottom hole matches up to the stock hole.
For reference the stock hole is right at the upper edge of the tube.

you should try and keep the rear trackbar as close as possible to parallel to the ground. This will reduce the amount the axle moves side to side during compression and rebound of the suspension.
