2013 jk stock bumper with high lift jack on tow hooks

Does anyone know if you can lift one side of a stock '13 JK stock -FRONT- bumper on the tow hooks without bending them with a high lift jack?

I would be putting a D-ring on the tow hook which is bent 180 degrees.

Aren't the tow hooks pointing straight up? How would you lift from these with a high lift?

As long as the D-ring mount doesn't bend.... got a pic? A safer bet would be to just use a bottle jack.

Is it just one of the 90 degree bend tow hooks? I honestly feel like that is an accident waiting to happen..... Do you not have access to a bottle jack?
