How can I I tell if my JKU is lifted

Just purchased a used 2012 JKU Sport from the dealer. The Jeep has 35" tires and "plastic" flat fenders (doesn't look like the stock cut down - more like an aftermarket set of flares). I have read that you can put 35's on a stock JK but expect rubbing. This Jeep has the flat fenders and no fender liners - I presume this was done for clearance as much as "looking cool."

I have looked at the suspension. The only thing I can tell for sure is the shocks are Pro Comp ES 9000. I have seen links where those shocks are in both 3.5" and 2.5" kits. So my question is can those shocks fit a non lifted stock JKU? If it is lifted how can I figure out how much it has been lifted?

Tks for any input.

Well the shocks come in a multitude of lengths. The Es9000 is simply the model. So yes to answer that question those shocks could be used a stock length
