Need Help Diagnosing a Problem with a Factory Radio

I have been experiencing trouble with the radio in my 2011 Wrangler. It was working fine, but shortly after going on a quite dusty ride with the freedom top off, it began acting up. Some days it works just as it should (on incredibly rare days). Other days it will work intermittently, it will play for a couple of seconds and then go silent a couple of seconds, almost like it is scanning, but this is with the sat radio, disc, or Bluetooth. Most days it doesn't work at all. The terrestrial radio hardly ever works even when the other inputs are. The unit will power on every time and you can see that it is playing the cd or is connected to Bluetooth, but there is no volume. I am attaching a video (not sure it will work) to show you what's going on. Anyone else had this issue?https://youtu.be/dE10LdcNHfQ

I'm leaving a space in between the http and the rest of the address. Put it together and hopefully you can get to the video with some copy and paste. http s://youtu.be/dE10LdcNHfQ

Welcome to WAL. Sounds like an internal issue. You should be able to pull up to the dealer and show a service writer and they may be able to tell you if it's something common. Also , some of those radios can be reprogrammed to fix common issues. Looking at your dash, your Jeep sure looks newer than a 2002.
