Changed batteries, now my JW Speaker Evolution J are acting up

I changed my batteries on my dual setup yesterday afternoon, went out with the missus and when we came out of dinner I turned the lights on and the left headlamp didn't turn on, this morning I removed the fascia and tightened the connector with a tie wrap to make sure it doesn't come loose, today I came out of my office, turned on the lights and the right headlamp did the same thing. stopped for a bite, when I turned the car on it was still not coming on, about 5 minutes into the ride it came on and it hasn't acted up again. I had already put a tie wrap on that one since I wasn't confortable with the play on that one when I installed it. I bought these for Black Friday and they hadn't given me any issues, changed batteries yesterday and all of a sudden they act up, can't be coincidence. Any ideas?

This is the only electrical issue I've had.
