Soft top puddles.

I have a two door soft top JK and every time it rains, it always seems to get a big puddle on the back half. I have a stick in my Jeep to hoist the top up but it occasionally falls. Does anyone else have this problem?

If you are talking just in front of the seem right above the rear window, yeah, but i really dont worry about it since mine is parked isnide most of the time, and if it is outside, it's being driven. What is your concern?
