Intake Help?

Why would you want either? On a Jeep in common dirty/dusty environments, they are risky. A snorkel has a practical element to it, but when would you actually need it?

Where i am the cold air would serve a gas saving purpose while still delivering more hp and throttle response, and the snorkel would be used for "just in case" purposes, I'm asking if i can run both at the same time?

a snorkel is a sealed system from the top of the snorkel to the intake.

a CAI that has several openings in the air box or is fully open - filter only.

so you wouldn't run both.

do you do a lot of deep water crossings? if so then a snorkel is what you want.
