Issues after recall work

Searched around a little and didn't find much of anything on the topic but I took the jeep in to get the clock replaced as recall work but since I got it done I have been having some odd issues. It will run hot up to like 250 or so than drop back down to normal operating temp after a little bit, plus my heater hasn't worked one bit since the recall work either. Was curious if anyone has seen this before or had a similar issue ?

I would take it back to them and mention how everything worked prior to the recall work being done and make them fix the issues for free
