Painting rims?

So I have dark blue rims that match my Jeep and I am planning on getting new rims within the year but honestly I want black now. For the time being is it a smart idea to paint my rims or just leave them the color they are until I get new ones

Plasti dip them. You can buy it at home depot and you can easily remove it.

I agree with tgoss. Plastidip. Easy and cheap to do and if you don't like it you can peel it off.

+1 with plastidip. I've done car body parts with black plastidip cause I wasn't sure if I would like it. Its also pretty easy to reapply if it does chip away
