Which fenders can keep the inner liner?

I know I can cut my stock fenders or go to either Rugged Ridge plastic tube fenders or the factory High Line fenders, but are there any more that can retain the inner liner? I live in Minnesota, and any road salt I can keep off things helps.

A lot of aftermarket options now have their version of an inner fender - which tends to look a lot cleaner as well.
Crawler Conceptz has some - PSC - Ace etc.

You can retain the liners on cut fenders as well btw. I did.

The Bushwacker flats let you keep the liners but you do have to trim them back

Ive bushwacker flst fender on mine et my friend have rugged ridge and both we had to trim oe inner fender and reinstall them

I've done it with MCE, rugged ridge, and bushwhacker.
