Compressor hard wiring

I'm looking into hard wiring my Viair 450p portable compressor and mounting it under the hood somewhere. Can I just cut the alligator clips off, crimp some eyelets on and boom done? Or do I need something else, there is already a fuse in between the positive clip and the compressor. Also anyone have an idea on a mount that is compatible with the Viair 450p?

I've never run one but I think you would want to wire in a switch in somewhere so it don't kick on everytime it bleeds off

There is a switch on the side of the compressor for power, so it wouldn't be running unless switched on.
