Apple valley off road

Anyone from Wisconsin, Minnesota area going to apple valley for the open to the public days? Some of us will be at the one in 3 weeks

I got all excited cause I too am from Apple Valley. One problem, I'm from Apple Valley, CA...haha. If I was closer I'd go on that run.

Haha oh well. There isn't too many public off reading areas around here so we have to take advantage of whatever we can get

Haha I did the same thing since I live in Hesperia, CA.

This was a great trip. A little tough in a stock 4 door just due to the snow depth, however only got stuck once trying to turn around in fresh snow up to my bumper. My uncle had it easier with his 37's and 4" lift. I will definitely return to their public event in June and July. There are a ton of trails here (they have 2000 acres!) most we couldn't run because of the snow. But our trip consisted of running through the woods and fields creating trails and watching some buggies on 42's climbing hills. It was a blast. Here are some pics

You get the idea on how deep the snow was, my uncles black rubi on 37's and how big the buggies tires were, this buggy later broke an axle

That tracker in front of my uncles jeep was insane on being able to go through just about everything. He only had 33's I think but he is one of the 4x4 club head members and has a lot of experience snow wheeling and had a lot less weight then us

Nice pics of the Jeep stuck in the snow! Looks like you guys had a fun time!

I bet it will be neat to run through there without the snow on the ground. Probably looks like a whole different place when the snow is gone.
