Yes. You adjust it through a small hole in the back of each backing plate on the rear brakes. It's much easier if you unbolt the caliber bracket first to get better access. I adjust mine slightly tighter than I would for a standard drum brake and it seems to work quite well for a while anyway

Take a look at this video. Note that you do not need to remove the rotors or calipers to do the adjustment. You also do not need to move the spring out of the way. (Doing so just makes things a bit easier) Do yourself a favor and go get a brake spoon, it'll make life much easier. https://youtu.be/FzooHSsOqd0
