What is my D30/D44 with 3.21 gears worth?

I just purchased a set of D44/4:10 for my 2009 X, and wondered what my axles are worth. I was going to keep them but I have a buddy that wants them. I have no idea what a good price is. They have 78,000 miles on them.

A guy bought my set with 3.73s with 8000 miles on them for $2000 he offered that right off the bat so maybe he knew something I didn't

3.73 and 35's with the pentastar seem to be an ok match, probably why that guy snagged them. My 2009 with the 3.8L and 3.21's on 31" tires are terrible and I have/had engine ping when I'm under load. That combo seems to over torque my engine. I rarely saw 5th gear and never used 6th. I didn't want to dump gear money into a D30, just seems like a weak axle. However, that d44 rear should have some value, I just don't know where to start. Guy wants the set
