I'm loving my Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sahara, me an my fiancé went off roading just recently to try it an now we are addicted to getting the jeep dirty. I have some plans for the suspension. I saw a couple different answers but with a lift kit to run bigger tires what it the biggest lift you can run before you have to change the drive shaft?

About 2.5 inches or less. What size tires do you want to run?

I have a 2 inch with 35's and use the stock driveshaft with a limiting strap to prevent the driveshaft from hitting the exhaust and tearing that boot. At full axle drop it's about 1/4 away from the exhaust. Hope that helps [emoji846]

2.5" lift for 35s most lifts will yield more the advertised any more than that and you would want to change out the front driveline
