This event will be kid friendly so if you got them bring them
Plan on being gassed up, and ready to hit the trail no later than about 9:15 Sharp (this train will leave the station on time)........will air down once we get to the trail head
Bring snacks, water, and lunch we will eat on the trail.
Please bring PLENTY of water just in case
Plan on moving through the trail at a good pace. If your here to get selfies, Instagram flex shots, or stroll off with your significant other. This run isn't for you.......
