Dropped my 16 Rubiconm at the dealer

Well, I dropped my 16 Rubicon 2 door off at the dealer on my way home from work. The Check engine light started blinking randomly and intermittently not at the normal speed for a serious issue, and the abs, airbag, traction control, stabilitiy control, and swaybar dash lights were on along with that annoying door chime were going off. I checked the one ground that I added an extra wire too and even moved that wire still doing it, tried clearing the dtc code and couldn't connect to the computer with the procal scanner. Thoughts?

When mine did that was the brake module I was told that's what I had replaced but it wasn't at the dealer

I'm still under warranty . I heard back from them they said that I need to have the disconnect sensor and an airbag creak sensor replaced... Glad it is on the manufacturers dime. I'm sure this will be a throw parts at it and pray kind of deal.
