Honestly there's no effing way I'd spend that much coin on that brand. You really do not need a kit that replaces all 4 arms. EVO has both a 3" and 4" enforcer kit cheaper.
Take a look on Offroad Evolutions website. If you really feel that you need a kit with arms look at this one from EVO:

First off its cheaper than the Suprlift kit and the CE's in this kit comes with the Johnny Joint ends that are super stout. Also look at kits from Currie and Clayton. They both have the Johnny Joint ends on their CE's too.
Something else you'll need with a 4" lift is a drag link flip kit to get your front track bar and drag link back in parallel.
